Returns Policy

1. Items must be examined by the customer immediately on collection or delivery by the courier company, to ensure that it correlates with the order placed.
2. The customer may only return the item ordered in the event that it is damaged or defective, or if the item supplied is not the same as the item ordered. If the item is not the same as what was ordered, or is damaged in any way, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery after which it must be returned to the company within 7 working days in its original packaging and accompanied by any relevant grading certificates and receipts.
3. Any returns must be either hand delivered to our offices, or couriered in a prepaid, insured and traceable method.
4. It is expressly noted that customers may not return items supplied by Eternity Diamonds if the items have been disassembled in any way, physically altered, set, affixed, or attached to other products.
5. Please take note that all items ordered from Eternity Diamonds are considered 'special-ordered goods' as contemplated under the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, and as such are not returnable unless otherwise stated above or in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. A 'special ordered good' as defined by the Act means a good that a supplier expressly or implicitly was required or expected to procure, create or alter specifically to satisfy the consumer's request.
