Shipping & Returns
We want your Eternity Diamonds order to arrive safely and your purchasing experience to be as straightforward as possible.
Please review the information below regarding production times, delivery and returns.
1. Free Nationwide Shipping
Eternity Diamonds offers free delivery throughout South Africa.
Orders are delivered by courier to the delivery address provided during checkout.
2. Production & Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes differ depending on the type of jewellery you order.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
- Engagement Rings
- Ladies Wedding Bands
- Men's Wedding Bands
- Diamond Earrings
- Dress Rings
These pieces are made to order and generally require approximately 10–15 working days for production before dispatch.
Once production is complete and your order is ready to ship, it is sent using an overnight courier service. This overnight delivery period begins once the item has completed production and has been dispatched — it is not the total time from placing your order.
Pendants, Chains, Bracelets & Plain Gold Earrings
Pendants, chains, bracelets and plain gold earrings are generally delivered within approximately 3 working days, subject to availability and courier conditions.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not a guaranteed date.
3. Dispatch Days
To keep delivery timeframes reliable, orders are not dispatched on Fridays.
If your order is ready for dispatch on a Friday, it will be sent on the following Monday.
If Monday is affected by a public holiday or courier closure, dispatch may take place on the next available working day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll provide tracking information where available, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
5. Delivery Address
You're responsible for making sure that:
- the delivery address provided is complete and correct
- your contact details are correct
- someone is available to receive the parcel, where required
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays.
6. Returns Due to Damage or Incorrect Orders
Eternity Diamonds will only accept a return in the event of an item arriving damaged, defective or different from what you have ordered.
Should this be the case, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:
- your order details
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the item
- photographs of the packaging, where relevant

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable South African consumer law.
7. Refunds
Once a returned item has been received, it will be inspected.
If the return is approved, we'll notify you and process the refund using an appropriate payment method.
Refund processing times may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
8. Choosing the Correct Ring Size
Customers ordering a ring are encouraged to confirm their ring size carefully before placing their order.
