Minor differences may occur between product photography or renderings and the physical product, due to factors such as lighting, screen or display settings, photography, and the natural characteristics of the materials used.

4. Natural and Lab-Grown Diamonds

Eternity Diamonds sells jewellery set with both natural and lab-grown diamonds.

Each product listing identifies whether the diamond is natural or lab-grown. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.

We will supply the diamond type described on the product listing you purchase.

5. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on the Eternity Diamonds website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

Prices may change from time to time before an order is placed.

Once your order has been accepted and paid for at the price shown at checkout, that price will not be increased.

If a genuine pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to resolve the issue.

6. Placing an Order

Placing an order generally involves:

• submitting your order
• completing or authorising payment
• receiving order confirmation
• production or fulfilment beginning, where applicable

You are responsible for checking the following before completing your order:

7. Order Acceptance & Availability

All orders are subject to product and material availability, diamond availability, successful payment, and our ability to fulfil the selected configuration.

If an item cannot reasonably be supplied, we will contact you.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled and payment has already been made, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

8. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, and you may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Eternity Diamonds does not intend to store your full card details directly on its website.

9. Production Times

The following categories are generally made to order:

• Engagement Rings
• Ladies Wedding Bands
• Men's Wedding Bands
• Diamond Earrings
• Dress Rings

These generally require approximately 10–15 working days for production before dispatch.

10. Shipping & Delivery

In summary:

• delivery is free throughout South Africa
• delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed dates
• tracking information is provided where available
• orders are not dispatched on Fridays
• orders ready on a Friday are dispatched on the next available working day

11. Returns, Damaged & Incorrect Orders

Eternity Diamonds will only accept a return under its stated policy where an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, subject always to any rights available to you under applicable South African consumer law.

If this occurs, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

12. Ring Sizing

You are responsible for selecting the ring size entered when placing your order.

If you're unsure of your ring size, please use our Ring Size Guide or contact us before placing your order.

13. Product Availability

Product availability may depend on factors such as diamond availability, precious metal availability, supplier availability, components and production capacity.

Where an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the options available. We will not substitute your order without your approval.

14. Product Images

Our product photography and rendered images are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

• screen or display settings may affect how colours appear
• proportions may appear different depending on how an image is scaled or viewed
• jewellery photography may be enlarged to show detail clearly

15. Intellectual Property

Website materials, including our branding, logos, copy, graphics, product imagery, photography, design and other website content, may be protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit this material without our appropriate permission, except as reasonably necessary for personal, non-commercial use of our website.

Eternity Diamonds will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances reasonably outside its control, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including in relation to fraud, gross negligence, or rights protected under applicable consumer legislation.

18. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Delays may sometimes result from events reasonably outside Eternity Diamonds' control, including examples such as courier disruption, supplier delays, transport disruption, strikes, extreme weather, power or infrastructure disruptions, and other events affecting production or delivery.

We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays where possible.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our website functionality, products, business processes or legal requirements.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

This is subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable South African law.
